Our Story Begins in Southeast Asia
For centuries, across Southeast Asia, families enjoyed a dish called Hainanese Chicken and Rice. This simple meal traveled from the Hainan Province to places like Singapore, Bangkok, and Phuket. Along the way, it grew with spices and flavors that made it a part of daily life.
From Bangkok to New York City
In Thailand, this dish became known as Khao Mun Gai. It is loved by millions in Bangkok, the street food capital of the world. Tourists and locals enjoy it every day for its fresh chicken and rice made with care. The mission is to bring this same tradition to New York City and Cherry Hill.
What Makes Us Different
The chicken is free range and made fresh every day. Guests can enjoy it three ways: fried, roasted, or steamed. The focus stays on fresh ingredients and honest cooking. This makes each meal simple, reliable, and enjoyable for families, friends, and individuals.
